Welcome to LunaLis. By purchasing from our shop, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

Handmade Products

All LunaLis items are handmade. Because of this, each piece is unique and may contain slight variations in color, shape, glitter placement, or decorative elements. These variations are part of the beauty of handcrafted items and are not considered defects.

 

Product Care

LunaLis items are made with resin and should be handled with care.

To preserve the quality of your piece:

  • Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight
  • Avoid extreme heat
  • Do not bend or apply excessive pressure to resin items
  • Clean gently with a soft cloth if needed

 

Improper handling or storage may damage the item, and LunaLis is not responsible for damage caused after delivery.


Orders & Processing Time

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume. Estimated processing times will be listed at checkout when available.


Shipping

Once an order has been shipped, LunaLis is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been dispatched.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. LunaLis is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.


Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade nature of our products, LunaLis does not accept returns or exchanges. Refunds or replacements are only offered for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.


Intellectual Property

All LunaLis designs, product photos, branding, and content are the property of LunaLis and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

LunaLis reserves the right to update these policies at any time without prior notice.
