LunaLis Essence Return & Refund Policy

At LunaLis, every piece is handmade with care and intention. Because of the handcrafted nature of our items, each piece is unique and may contain slight variations in color, texture, or placement of decorative elements.

Returns

At this time, LunaLis does not accept returns or exchanges on any items.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at LunaLisEssence@gmail.com

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item
  • A photo of the packaging

Once reviewed, we will happily offer either:

  • A replacement item, or
  • A refund to your original payment method


Refunds

Refunds are only issued for:

  • Items that arrive damaged
  • Items that were incorrectly shipped

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.


Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may already be in production or packaged for shipment.
