Thank you for shopping with LunaLis. Each item is handmade with care, and we appreciate your patience while your order is prepared.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days. During busy periods, launches, or collection drops, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been packaged and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped through USPS or another reliable shipping carrier. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected at checkout.


Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days


Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. LunaLis is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


Lost or Stolen Packages

LunaLis is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked delivered by the shipping carrier. If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.


Shipping Delays

LunaLis is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
